Inorganic Games LLC — TikTok Mini Games

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the game made available by Inorganic Games LLC ("Inorganic Games," "we," "us," or "our") through TikTok as a Mini Game / Mini App (the "Game"). By accessing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not play the Game.
Your use of TikTok itself is separately governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service, which you should review.
The Game is intended for a general audience. We do not operate a separate age-verification or account-creation system, and we rely on TikTok's own platform controls, including any age-related restrictions TikTok applies to its users and to advertising shown to them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has played the Game, please see Section 7 (Children's Privacy) of our Privacy Policy for how to contact us.
The Game is provided for entertainment purposes. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
The Game does not require you to create a separate account with us. You access and play the Game entirely through your existing TikTok account and the TikTok platform. We do not maintain our own login credentials, usernames, or user profiles outside of what TikTok itself provides to us through the platform.

The Game is supported by advertising delivered through TikTok's advertising network. Ads may appear during gameplay. We do not control the specific content of ads shown to you — that is managed by TikTok's ad systems. See our Privacy Policy for details on what advertising-related data may be processed in connection with the Game.
The Game, including its design, graphics, code, and content, is owned by Inorganic Games LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.
The Game operates entirely within TikTok's platform and relies on TikTok's infrastructure, including its ad network. We are not responsible for TikTok's availability, policies, or practices. Any issues relating to the TikTok platform itself (account access, platform outages, ad content, etc.) should be directed to TikTok.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INORGANIC GAMES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inorganic Games LLC, its members, and its representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
