What we can help with

- Bugs or unexpected behavior.
- Security vulnerability reports — please report these privately to the address above rather than filing a public issue. We commit to acknowledging reports promptly and to not taking action against good-faith security research.
Hours and response time
Support runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding the holidays listed in our SLA. We target a reply within 24 business hours for most requests, and within 8 business hours for urgent ones — the app unusable across your site, a protected value reaching the wrong people or not reaching the right ones, or a suspected security vulnerability.
